About the Role:

As our first Product Manager, you will own the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. You will be responsible for:

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven experience shipping products, either as a Product Manager or in a founder/early operator role.
• Demonstrated experience in early-stage startups, ideally with a focus on product development and iteration.
• A strong bias towards action, with a commitment to rapid prototyping, user feedback, and iterative development cycles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with user research methodologies and design thinking principles.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• A portfolio of shipped products showcasing your product management skills.

Product Development

• Define and prioritize product roadmap based on user needs and market opportunities.
• Conduct user research to understand user pain points and identify areas for AI-powered solutions.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate product vision into functional prototypes and releases.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.

AI Integration

• Define and implement AI features that proactively assist users in their daily workflow.
• Work closely with AI engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI models into the desktop application.
• Continuously evaluate and improve AI performance, incorporating user feedback and data analysis.

Go-to-Market Strategy

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the AI desktop app to target audiences.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure successful customer acquisition and retention.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze user data to optimize product performance and market positioning.
