The Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in evolving our platform, which supports close to 100 million unique visitors per month.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain both server-side and client-side applications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and domain experts to deliver innovative solutions.
• Optimize API response times and ensure platform performance.
• Take ownership of code, tasks, and projects, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our tech stack, development lifecycle, and processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience in full-stack development.
• Expert proficiency in React and Node.js ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of NoSQL databases and Docker.
• Strong command of browser APIs, DOM manipulation, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Commitment to clean code, clean architecture, and comprehensive testing practices.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in full-stack web development.
• Expert-level proficiency in React and Node.js ecosystems.
• Solid understanding and experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and Docker.
• Strong command of browser APIs, DOM manipulation, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment, taking ownership of solutions, mentoring others, and actively researching new technologies.
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable code adhering to best practices in architecture and testing.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).

Development

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side and client-side applications for a high-traffic platform serving millions of users.

Technical Ownership
