The Opportunity
We're seeking a passionate and analytical Growth Marketing & GTM Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in driving customer acquisition and brand awareness for Perennial.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute thought leadership content strategies across various channels, including LinkedIn, blog posts, and email updates.
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
- Design and implement innovative growth experiments to identify new customer acquisition channels and optimize existing ones.
- Build and test signal-driven outbound motions to generate qualified leads.
- Support sales enablement efforts by providing market intelligence and insights.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or GTM-related roles within B2B startups.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a knack for crafting compelling content.
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns and analyzing campaign performance.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive starting salary range of $70,000 - $90,000.

Qualifications
Perennial is seeking a Growth Marketing & GTM Associate with a passion for driving growth in a mission-driven environment.
Required:
- 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or GTM-related roles within B2B startups.
- Proven ability to create and distribute compelling content, including LinkedIn posts, blog articles, and email updates.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus:
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
- Experience with outbound sales enablement and market intelligence.
Content Creation & Distribution
- Develop and publish engaging thought leadership content across various channels, including LinkedIn, blog posts, and email newsletters.
- Craft compelling narratives that highlight Perennial's value proposition and position the company as a thought leader in the carbon removal space.
Paid Advertising & Growth Experiments
- Design, execute, and analyze LinkedIn ad campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Conduct A/B testing and other growth experiments to optimize campaign performance and identify new growth opportunities.
Outbound Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Build and implement data-driven outbound marketing strategies to reach target audiences.
- Develop sales enablement materials, such as presentations and case studies, to support the sales team.
Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and inform marketing strategies.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance and market insights.
Selection Process
Perennial begins its hiring process by reviewing applications for the Growth Marketing & GTM Associate role. Candidates whose experience and skills align with the job description are invited to complete a series of assessments. These assessments may include written exercises to evaluate writing and editing skills, as well as analytical challenges to gauge their problem-solving abilities.
