About the Role:
Public Cloud Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing Google Team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new enterprise customers for Google Cloud services within the DACH region. You will also cultivate and manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring their continued success with Google Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new enterprise customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Collaborate with internal sales, pre-sales, and Google technical teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Utilize Hubspot to effectively manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of proven success in cloud sales, with a focus on enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrated experience in closing complex project sales exceeding 500k.
- In-depth understanding of cloud technology and the digital landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Prior experience with Google Cloud Platform is highly desirable.

Qualifications

Required:
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 10 years of experience in cloud sales, with a demonstrated history of successfully closing projects exceeding 500k.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud technology and the digital landscape, including experience with Google Cloud Platform.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication and networking skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both German and English is essential.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience utilizing CRM systems, particularly Hubspot.
Preferred:
- Existing relationships with key decision-makers in the DACH region.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
- Knowledge of the IT industry and relevant market trends.
Account Management
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new enterprise customers within the DACH region for Google Cloud services.
- Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with existing enterprise customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, pre-sales, and technical teams, as well as external Google partners, to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive successful project implementations.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target accounts, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends.
- Build and maintain a strong network of key stakeholders within the Google ecosystem and other relevant industry partners.
- Proactively contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for Google Cloud solutions within the DACH region.
Sales Operations
- Utilize Hubspot and other CRM tools to effectively manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and generate comprehensive reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information, ensuring data integrity and facilitating informed decision-making.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and methodologies within the team.
Selection Process
