Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Manufacturing Expert to join our team as an AI Trainer. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to develop AI models for intelligent systems within manufacturing environments. Your deep understanding of industrial processes and technologies will be instrumental in shaping these models and contributing to the development of next-generation intelligent systems.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to define AI model requirements and objectives for manufacturing applications.
- Leverage your expertise in manufacturing processes, tools, and methodologies to guide the development and training of AI models.
- Analyze manufacturing data and identify patterns and insights to inform model development and optimization.
- Contribute to the creation of documentation and training materials for AI-powered manufacturing solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from a top U.S. university.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, encompassing areas such as production, operations, quality, or process engineering.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing tools, methodologies, and standards (ERP, MES, PLM, ISO).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

RYZ Labs is seeking a Manufacturing Expert - AI Trainer with a deep understanding of industrial processes and a passion for leveraging AI to drive innovation.
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, encompassing production, operations, quality, or process engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier U.S. university.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools and methodologies, including ERP, MES, PLM, and ISO standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Annotation & Labeling: Annotate and label manufacturing data (images, sensor readings, process logs) to train AI models.
- Model Training & Evaluation: Collaborate with AI engineers to train and evaluate AI models for specific manufacturing tasks (e.g., defect detection, predictive maintenance).
- Process Understanding & Documentation: Deeply understand manufacturing processes and document them in a way that is understandable to AI models.
- Feedback & Iteration: Provide feedback on AI model performance and work with the team to iterate on model training and improvement.
- Knowledge Transfer: Share manufacturing expertise with the AI team to ensure AI models are aligned with real-world manufacturing challenges and best practices.

Phase 2: Initial Screening (1 week)
- Phone interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess communication skills, experience, and motivation.
Phase 3: Technical Assessment (1 week)
- Online assessment testing knowledge of manufacturing tools, methodologies, and standards.
Phase 4: Final Interviews (2 weeks)
- Two rounds of interviews with RYZ Labs team members, including technical and behavioral questions.
- Focus on understanding candidate's problem-solving abilities, collaborative approach, and alignment with RYZ Labs' culture.
Phase 5: Decision & Offer (1 week)
- Final candidate selection based on interview performance, technical assessment results, and cultural fit.
