Virtual Assistant

About the Role:

The Washington State Pharmacy Association is seeking a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support for our daily operations. This is a remote position offering a competitive hourly rate of $28.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, document preparation, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate appointments, organize calendars, and book travel arrangements.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with social media management across multiple platforms, including monitoring, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, receipts, and expenses.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, personal assistant, or virtual assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM software, and project management tools (e.g., Trello).
  • Experience managing social media accounts on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and concise collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
  • Certifications in virtual assistant qualifications, project management, or digital marketing are a plus.

Compensation: $1,000 per week

Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, personal assistant, or virtual assistant.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM software, and project management tools (e.g., Trello).
  • Experience managing social media accounts and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).

Skills:

  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple administrative tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on providing solutions.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment while multitasking.

Certifications:

  • Certifications in virtual assistant qualifications, project management, or digital marketing are a plus.

Administrative Support

  • Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets with accurate information.
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping tasks.

Social Media Management

  • Monitor social media platforms for engagement and brand mentions.
  • Create and schedule engaging content across various platforms.
  • Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Track social media analytics and report on performance.

Additional Support

  • Answer and direct phone calls, providing information and assistance.
  • Assist with project management tasks, including tracking progress and deadlines.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Selection Process
