Your Role

As a Personalized Internet Assessor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the online experience for millions of users. You will analyze and provide feedback on a variety of online content, including text, images, and videos, using a dedicated online tool. Your insights will directly contribute to improving the relevance and quality of search results.

Responsibilities

• Review and rate search results for accuracy, relevance, and overall quality.
• Analyze and provide feedback on various online content types, including text, images, and videos.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of machine learning models.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of current and historical US business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs.
• Proficient in using Gmail, social media platforms, and web browsers.
• Reliable access to broadband internet, a smartphone, and a personal computer.
• Must be a US resident for the past 3 consecutive years.
• Must pass a language assessment and open book qualification exam.
• Must complete ID verification.

Compensation

• Estimated hourly earnings: $14 USD per hour.

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge Base: Demonstrate a strong understanding of current and historical US business, media, sports, news, social media, and cultural affairs.
• Technical Skills: Be proficient in using Gmail, social media platforms, and web browsers.
• Access & Availability: Have reliable daily access to broadband internet, a smartphone, and a personal computer.
• Residency: Be a resident of the United States for the past three consecutive years.
• Assessment Success: Successfully complete a language assessment and an open-book qualification exam.
• Identity Verification: Pass a required identity verification process.

Assessment and Feedback

• Evaluate the quality and relevance of search engine results for a variety of queries.
• Provide detailed feedback on search results using an online platform, including ratings and written comments.
• Analyze and assess the accuracy, completeness, and clarity of textual, visual, and multimedia content.

Data Contribution

• Contribute to the improvement of search engine algorithms by identifying patterns and trends in search results.
• Help TELUS Digital AI Community build and refine machine learning models for large brands.
• Adhere to strict quality guidelines and maintain data integrity throughout the assessment process.

Interested candidates apply through the TELUS Digital AI Community platform. Applications are reviewed for required skills and qualifications, including US residency and proficiency in English. Shortlisted applicants are invited to complete a language assessment and an open-book qualification exam. Successful candidates then undergo ID verification. Finally, selected individuals are onboarded to the TELUS Digital AI Community and begin their work as Personalized Internet Assessors.
