Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our flagship product, the Aquabeam Robotic System, within a defined territory.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales quotas for the Aquabeam Robotic System.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the local market.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals with new and existing hospitals.
  • Build strong relationships with key clinical and administrative stakeholders within the healthcare community.
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities within target institutions to drive Aquabeam System adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 8 years of proven success in medical and capital sales within the Operating Room environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and managing relationships within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of the BPH treatment landscape and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary of $120,000 per year.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum 8 years of proven success in medical and capital sales within the Operating Room environment is essential.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales plans tailored to specific market needs.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly within the urology and surgical specialties.
  • Established network of relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare institutions within the Chicago, IL area.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clinical and administrative staff.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Sales Activities

  • Achieve and surpass assigned quarterly sales targets for the Aquabeam Robotic System within the Chicago metropolitan area.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the unique needs and dynamics of the local healthcare market.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle for the Aquabeam System, from initial contact to closing deals with new and existing hospitals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clinical and administrative decision-makers within target institutions to secure adoption of Aquablation therapy.

Territory Management

  • Identify and prioritize high-potential healthcare institutions within the assigned sales territory.
  • Effectively manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay informed about competitive landscape and emerging trends in the BPH treatment market.

Selection Process
