Benture is seeking a skilled Finance Expert to join our team on a remote, contract basis. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in financial modeling and analysis to shape the future of AI-powered financial tools.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate the accuracy and quality of AI-generated outputs in financial workflows.
• Calibrate AI systems for valuation, modeling, and deal-related tasks.
• Simulate and audit pitch decks, comparable company analyses, due diligence processes, and M&A cycles.
• Provide domain-specific feedback on AI-generated financial documents.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI and product teams.

Ideal Background:

• 2+ years of experience in finance, ideally at a top-tier firm (e.g., Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Blackstone, Carlyle, BlackRock, Evercore, Fidelity).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field. (MBA, Master of Finance, or CFA a plus.)
• Hands-on expertise in DCF, LBO, merger models, comparable company analyses, and precedent transactions.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, investment strategies, and deal execution.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial analysis.

Contract Details:

• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: 1-2 months
• Hours: ~20 hours/week (flexible, asynchronous)
• Compensation: $80-$100/hour, plus weekly performance bonuses ($20-$100/hour)
• Status: Independent Contractor
• Payment: Weekly via Stripe Connect

Qualifications

Required:

Financial Expertise Application

• Evaluate AI-Generated Outputs: Analyze AI-produced financial models, valuations, and deal-related documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Calibrate AI Systems: Refine AI algorithms and parameters to enhance their performance in tasks such as discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, leveraged buyouts (LBO) modeling, and comparable company analysis.
• Simulate and Audit Deal Processes: Utilize your expertise to simulate and audit AI-driven M&A cycles, pitch decks, and due diligence processes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring realistic outcomes.
