What You'll Own

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships and integrations with Horizen Labs' flagship products, Horizen and zkVerify. You will:

• Lead discussions with prospective partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration and value creation.
• Conduct market research and analysis, investigating emerging trends and themes within Web3 verticals.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies, negotiating agreements and ensuring successful implementation.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership growth and revenue generation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in business development, ideally within the blockchain or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, including zero-knowledge proofs and decentralized applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Passion for innovation and a commitment to driving growth in the decentralized world.

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of proven experience in business development, ideally within the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications, particularly in zero-knowledge proofs and privacy-focused solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
• Passion for Web3 and decentralized technologies.

Preferred:

• Experience with Horizen or other privacy-focused blockchains.
• Existing network of contacts within the Web3 ecosystem.
• Technical background in software development or related fields.
• Experience with sales and marketing strategies in the tech industry.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities

• Partnership Development: Identify, cultivate, and secure strategic partnerships with key players in the Web3 ecosystem, focusing on integrations with Horizen Labs' products, including Horizen and zkVerify.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging trends and opportunities within specific Web3 verticals.
• Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals and presentations that articulate the value proposition of Horizen Labs' solutions to potential partners.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring ongoing communication, collaboration, and successful project execution.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnerships, including on-chain activity, financial metrics, and market impact.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Enterprise Solutions, to align partnership strategies and ensure seamless integration.
