Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and driven Patient Engagement Specialist (PES) to join our team on a temporary basis. As a PES, you will play a crucial role in introducing Sprinter Health's in-home health services to patients and encouraging them to schedule appointments.
Responsibilities
- Engage with patients through 120-150 outbound calls daily, utilizing an auto-dialer tool.
- Effectively educate patients on the benefits of in-home healthcare and Sprinter Health's unique care model.
- Book an average of 14 appointments per day, ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues and healthcare professionals to maintain seamless patient care coordination.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume outbound call center experience within the healthcare industry.
- Proven proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly present information to patients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple communication channels effectively.
- Strong commitment to patient confidentiality and delivering high-quality, patient-centered service.

Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume outbound call center environment within the healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant healthcare software.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication skills, particularly in presenting information clearly and concisely to patients.
- Experience managing multiple communication channels effectively.
- Strong commitment to patient confidentiality and delivering exceptional, patient-centered service.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with in-home healthcare services and models.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations.
Patient Outreach
- Initiate contact with potential patients via outbound calls, introducing Sprinter Health's in-home health services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of Sprinter Health's care model and encourage scheduling of appointments.
Appointment Scheduling
- Utilize an auto-dialer tool to manage a high volume of outbound calls (120-150 per day).
- Achieve an average of 14 appointments booked per day.
Patient Education
- Provide clear and concise information to patients regarding the importance of in-home healthcare services.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with other representatives and healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient journey.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Selection Process
