Responsibilities

• Lead the entire video production process, from conceptualization and storyboarding to final delivery.
• Craft engaging short-form video content using Descript and CapCut, optimizing for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to develop compelling narratives that align with Tempo's brand identity.
• Edit and refine footage, ensuring clarity, pacing, and emotional impact.
• Maintain brand consistency and elevate the overall quality of Tempo's visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Mastery of Descript and CapCut; proficiency in Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
• Deep understanding of content performance across various platforms.
• Exceptional storytelling abilities, demonstrated through a strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual narrative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience, demonstrating a strong portfolio of diverse video projects.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Descript and CapCut. Familiarity with Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
• Platform Understanding: Knowledge of content performance across various platforms (TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and the ability to tailor video style accordingly.
• Storytelling Skills: Exceptional ability to craft compelling narratives through visual storytelling, including pacing, rhythm, and emotional impact.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Video Production

• Conceptualize and develop video content strategies aligned with marketing and product objectives.
• Storyboard and script videos, ensuring clear narratives and engaging visuals.
• Edit raw footage using Descript and CapCut, optimizing for clarity, pacing, and emotional impact.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to incorporate brand guidelines and messaging.
• Deliver polished videos in various formats suitable for different platforms (TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

Content Optimization

• Analyze video performance metrics to understand audience engagement and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about emerging video trends and best practices across social media platforms.
• Adapt video editing techniques and styles to resonate with target audiences.
