Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding of new products onto major e-commerce platforms, including Walmart, Target, Chewy, PetSmart, and Petco.
- Optimize product listings, inventory management, and promotional strategies across all platforms to maximize sales and customer engagement.
- Develop and execute effective promotional campaigns, deals, and advertising initiatives to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Analyze sales performance data, conversion metrics, and promotional effectiveness to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Ensure seamless order fulfillment by coordinating with fulfillment partners and maintaining accurate order flow.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.
- In-depth understanding of product onboarding and catalog management processes.
- Demonstrated success in running and optimizing promotional campaigns on third-party platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience managing e-commerce sales and operations on major platforms (Walmart, Target, Chewy, PetSmart, Petco, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth through strategic product listings, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce analytics and the ability to interpret data to optimize performance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce platform management tools.
Preferred:
- Experience with inventory management and fulfillment processes.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices for e-commerce.
- Familiarity with the pet industry and its unique market dynamics.
E-commerce Sales Manager Responsibilities at The Ambr Group
- Platform Management: Oversee the onboarding and maintenance of The Ambr Group's product catalog on major e-commerce platforms including Walmart, Target, Chewy, PetSmart, and Petco.
- Listing Optimization: Continuously refine product listings across platforms to maximize visibility, engagement, and conversion rates. This includes managing product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Promotional Strategy: Develop and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and advertising initiatives to drive traffic and sales. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor key sales metrics, conversion rates, and customer behavior across platforms. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Order Fulfillment: Ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment by coordinating with internal teams and external fulfillment partners.
Selection Process
