Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Content-Driven Marketer to join our remote team. You will play a vital role in developing and executing our content marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and generating leads.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling landing pages, website copy, and manage basic WordPress setup.
• Plan and write engaging newsletters using MailerLite.
• Develop and implement drip campaigns, write scripts, and record basic video content.
• Repurpose live video sessions into blog posts and shareable social media content.
• Support day-to-day marketing tasks, including social media scheduling and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B content marketing.
• Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills.
• Strong understanding of core marketing concepts (UTM tracking, performance metrics, segmentation, funnel stages).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
• Proficiency in using WordPress.
• Familiarity with security topics or a technical background is a plus.

Compensation:

€20,000 - €37,500 per year, depending on experience.

• 3+ years of proven experience in B2B content marketing, demonstrating a strong understanding of content strategy and execution.
• Exceptional copywriting and content creation abilities, with a knack for crafting engaging and informative content across various formats (blog posts, landing pages, newsletters, social media).
• Solid foundation in core marketing principles, including UTM tracking, performance metrics, segmentation, and funnel stages.
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
• Proficiency in using WordPress for content management and basic website setup.

Bonus points if you have:

• Familiarity with security topics or a technical background.

We offer a competitive salary (€20,000 - €37,500 depending on experience) and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative company.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

• Develop engaging and informative blog posts, articles, and website copy aligned with Melapress's brand voice and target audience.
• Create compelling landing pages optimized for conversions.
• Repurpose existing content (e.g., webinars, live sessions) into various formats for social media, email, and blog posts.

Email Marketing:

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using MailerLite, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and automated sequences.
• Write persuasive email copy and design visually appealing email templates.
• Track email campaign performance and analyze data to optimize future campaigns.

Social Media & Community Engagement:

• Manage Melapress's social media presence across relevant platforms.
• Create and share engaging content, including text, images, and videos.
• Monitor social media channels for mentions and engage with the community.

Marketing Support:

• Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks, such as scheduling social media posts, tracking marketing metrics, and conducting basic keyword research.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content strategy and campaign execution.
