The Role

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our sales team. You'll leverage your analytical skills and technical expertise to manage sales compensation, administer our sales technology stack, and optimize sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting.
• Administer and optimize our CRM system and other sales tools.
• Support the development and implementation of sales compensation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a Sales Operations role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Sales Operations role, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
• Compensation Expertise: Proven experience in managing sales compensation plans, including target setting, commission calculations, and performance analysis.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Technology Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales performance management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems independently and proactively.
• Process Improvement: A passion for process improvement and automation.

Sales Operations Support

• Assist with the administration and maintenance of the sales technology stack, ensuring smooth operation and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop and implement sales compensation plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
• Analyze sales performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in sales processes and strategies.
• Support the development and execution of sales training programs, leveraging data insights to enhance effectiveness.
• Contribute to the creation of sales reporting and dashboards, providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve data accuracy and reporting, ensuring reliable insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales operations with other departments.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in sales operations, recommending and implementing innovative solutions.
