Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced KYC Ops Leader to join our growing team. As the leader of our KYC and KYB operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining a seamless customer experience, and mitigating financial crime risks.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the KYC and KYB operations, overseeing electronic and manual review processes, risk evaluation, and team performance.
• Develop and implement a long-term strategy for KYC/KYB, driving process improvements and ensuring adherence to BSP, AMLC, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate KYC/KYB processes into various business functions.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in KYC/KYB, staying abreast of evolving regulatory landscapes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field. Master's degree or certifications in Compliance or AML are highly desirable.
• 5+ years of experience in KYC, KYB, or Compliance Operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of BSP/AMLC KYC regulatory requirements and global compliance best practices.
• Excellent English communication, analytical, process design, and performance management skills.

• Lead and Manage KYC/KYB Operations: Oversee all aspects of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and a positive customer experience.
• Process Optimization and Risk Management: Develop and implement efficient KYC/KYB procedures, including electronic and manual review processes, risk assessment methodologies, and escalation protocols.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain in-depth knowledge of BSP, AMLC, and other relevant regulatory requirements, ensuring all operations adhere to best practices and legal obligations.
• Team Leadership and Development: Build, motivate, and mentor a high-performing KYC/KYB team, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generate comprehensive reports on KYC/KYB performance, identifying trends, risks, and areas for optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate findings and drive strategic decision-making.
