About the Role

As the Junior Social Media Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping ZetaChain's online presence. You'll craft and execute social strategies across platforms like X, Telegram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Writing engaging social media content and articles
• Scheduling and managing social media posts
• Actively engaging with our community and interacting with other brands on X
• Proposing creative social media strategies
• Compiling performance reports to analyze campaign effectiveness

Qualifications

• Excellent copywriting skills with a knack for crafting compelling narratives
• Deep understanding of the Web3 space and the "degen" culture
• Crypto-native with a strong understanding of blockchain technology
• "Terminally online" with a pulse on current crypto trends and memes
• Experience interacting with crypto brands and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (CMO, product, business development, devrel)

Qualifications:

• Crypto-Native: Demonstrated understanding and passion for the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
• Web3 Expertise: Familiarity with Web3 concepts, technologies, and trends.
• Social Media Savvy: Proven experience managing social media channels, crafting engaging content, and building online communities.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for clear, concise, and compelling copywriting.
• Community Engagement: Ability to actively engage with online communities, foster positive interactions, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing social media data and generating reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Trend Awareness: Ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends in the crypto space.
• Meme Proficiency: Understanding and ability to utilize memes effectively within a crypto context.

Content Creation & Scheduling

• Develop engaging and informative social media content for ZetaChain's X, Telegram, YouTube, and LinkedIn channels.
• Write compelling articles and blog posts related to blockchain technology, Web3 trends, and ZetaChain's ecosystem.
• Create and schedule social media posts using scheduling tools, ensuring consistent brand messaging and optimal posting times.

Community Management & Engagement

• Actively engage with ZetaChain's community on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and questions promptly and professionally.
• Foster a positive and welcoming online community by encouraging discussions, addressing concerns, and celebrating community achievements.
• Monitor social media channels for mentions of ZetaChain and respond to inquiries or feedback in a timely manner.

Strategy & Reporting

• Assist in developing and implementing creative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Compile regular performance reports to showcase the effectiveness of social media campaigns and inform future strategies.
