Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Developer Relations Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with developers, partners, and stakeholders within the blockchain community.

Responsibilities:

• Drive platform adoption by creating technical content and collaborating with the engineering team to ensure developer needs are met.
• Organize and participate in events, hackathons, and other developer outreach initiatives.
• Serve as a technical expert and thought leader within the blockchain community.
• Collaborate with integration partners to design and launch new web3 protocols.
• Improve developer experience by creating developer-focused tooling and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Marketing, or similar roles.
• Deep technical understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
• Experience working with distributed platforms and blockchain technologies.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C/C++, Go, Rust, Java, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Marketing, Technical Evangelism, or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, including consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Hands-on experience with distributed platforms and blockchain technologies.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language relevant to blockchain development (e.g., C/C++, Go, Rust, Java, JavaScript).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Passion for blockchain technology and the developer community.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with developers, partners, and stakeholders within the blockchain developer community. Actively participate in online forums, communities, and events.
• Technical Advocacy: Serve as a technical expert and thought leader, providing clear and concise explanations of MachineFi Lab's platform and its capabilities.
• Developer Enablement: Create high-quality technical documentation, tutorials, and code samples to facilitate developer onboarding and adoption. Collaborate with the engineering team to address developer feedback and improve the platform's developer experience.
• Ecosystem Growth: Organize and participate in hackathons, workshops, and other developer outreach initiatives to promote the MachineFi Lab platform and foster innovation within the ecosystem.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with integration partners to design and launch new web3 protocols, leveraging MachineFi Lab's technology to expand the reach and utility of the platform.

MachineFi Lab - Developer Relations Engineer Hiring Workflow

1. Application Review: Candidates submit resumes and cover letters through the job portal. The AI agent automatically screens applications based on keywords and required skills.
