The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between client needs and software development, ensuring seamless project execution and impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients and software delivery teams to understand and translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Conduct in-depth business process analysis, identifying areas for optimization and proposing innovative solutions.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new initiatives and system enhancements.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis, identify potential risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Participate actively in testing activities and provide comprehensive training to end-users.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Demonstrated expertise in requirement analysis, modeling, and documentation techniques.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Technical proficiency in AIML-based projects and a deep understanding of the Investment Banking/Finance/Banking domain.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering projects within the Investment Banking, Finance, or Banking domain.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in requirement analysis, modeling, and documentation techniques.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Technical knowledge of AIML-based projects and their applications.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
