About the Role:

As the Community Manager, you will be the voice of SHx, fostering a vibrant and supportive online community across platforms like Discord, Twitter/X, and Telegram. You will design and execute engaging virtual events, manage community feedback, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure SHx remains at the forefront of the crypto landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive community strategy for SHx.
• Cultivate a strong online presence and grow the SHx community across key platforms.
• Represent SHx at industry events and conferences.
• Design and host engaging virtual events, including AMAs, webinars, and token updates.
• Respond to community inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to gather and incorporate community insights.
• Track community engagement, sentiment, and report on key metrics to leadership.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in community management or a similar role.
• Proven success in building and managing thriving online communities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and SHx is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in prompting AI tools like ChatGPT and/or Claude.

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven experience in community management or a related field, demonstrating a successful track record of building and engaging online communities.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics software.
• Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
• AI Literacy: Proficiency in prompting and utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT and/or Claude.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and Stronghold's SHx platform.

Community Engagement

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to cultivate and grow the SHx community across platforms like Discord, Twitter/X, and Telegram.
• Organize and moderate virtual events such as AMAs, webinars, and token updates, fostering active participation and engagement.
• Proactively respond to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring timely and helpful support.

Strategic Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to gather community insights and incorporate them into product development and marketing strategies.
• Represent SHx at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting the SHx brand.

Community Analysis & Reporting

• Utilize analytics tools to track community growth, engagement metrics, and sentiment.
• Prepare regular reports on community health and performance, providing actionable insights to leadership.
