Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain public APIs using Python, Rust, or similar languages.
• Interact with and audit EVM smart contracts.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of web systems on cloud infrastructure.
• Stay abreast of the evolving decentralized exchange landscape and its implications.
• Apply your understanding of financial concepts, particularly in the context of trading and exchange.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building public APIs with Python, Rust, or similar languages.
• Strong command of working with EVM smart contracts, including interaction and auditing.
• Deep understanding of decentralized exchanges and their current market.
• Solid grasp of financial concepts, especially as they relate to trading and exchange.
• Ability to run and maintain web systems on cloud infrastructure.

Bonus Points

• Experience architecting, writing, and deploying smart contracts.
• Expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex performance issues.
• Familiarity with trading strategies and on-chain sleuthing techniques.

Qualifications

Development

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs using Python, Rust, or similar languages.
• Collaborate with the team to architect and implement efficient and scalable solutions for decentralized trading functionalities.
• Write, test, and deploy smart contracts on the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), ensuring security and functionality.
• Interact with and audit existing smart contracts to identify vulnerabilities and optimize performance.

Infrastructure

• Manage and maintain web systems deployed on cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.

Collaboration

• Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and participate in discussions to shape the future of the platform.
