Your Role

As a Junior Network Engineer, you will contribute to the development and support of LAN/WAN network services for corporate datacenters and regional offices. You will also be involved in the development and support of corporate wireless network (Wi-Fi) services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the troubleshooting and monitoring of network equipment and services.
• Contribute to the management of network documentation, processes, procedures, and knowledge base.
• Participate in network troubleshooting and optimization tasks.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of network protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, OSI model).
• Familiarity with configuring and troubleshooting network devices (switches and routers based on IOS, NXOS).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new network technologies and practices.
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python or Bash) is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a network engineering role or related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Fundamental understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and the OSI model.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices (switches, routers) based on IOS or NXOS.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python or Bash) is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Network Infrastructure Support

• Assist in the development and maintenance of LAN/WAN network services for corporate datacenters and regional offices.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and support of corporate wireless network (Wi-Fi) infrastructure.
• Participate in network equipment and service troubleshooting and monitoring activities.

Documentation and Process Improvement

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of network documentation, processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of network operations processes and procedures.
