About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Product Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. This is a unique opportunity to build the V2 of our company from the ground up. You'll be responsible for taking raw ideas and transforming them into tangible, working features, collaborating directly with the founding team to shape the product roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Build end-to-end product features using React/Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to define and prioritize features.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product development.
• Own the entire feature lifecycle, from conception to deployment and iteration.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical infrastructure.

• Strong proficiency in React/Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

Qualifications

• Proven experience: 2+ years of experience building and shipping SaaS products.
• Full-stack proficiency: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with frontend (React, Next.js, TypeScript), backend (Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and infrastructure (AWS, Cloudflare).
• Independent problem solver: Ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and translate conceptual ideas into functional features with minimal guidance.
• Collaborative mindset: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, comfortable collaborating directly with a small founding team.
• Passion for growth: Enthusiasm for building impactful products and contributing to the success of a rapidly growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and ship new product features: Translate product ideas into functional features using React/Next.js, Node.js, and Postgres.
• Collaborate with the founding team: Actively participate in roadmap discussions and contribute to the strategic direction of the product.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback: Engage with users to understand their needs and iterate on features based on real-world insights.
• Own feature development lifecycle: Take full responsibility for features from conception to deployment, encompassing backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
• Contribute to technical architecture: Participate in discussions and decisions regarding the overall technical direction and scalability of the platform.
• Maintain and improve existing codebase: Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through continuous improvement and refactoring.
