The Opportunity
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in attracting and securing top talent across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a range of positions (70% of time), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various channels.
- Partner with the People team to provide HR support, including onboarding new hires and managing administrative tasks (30% of time).
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per year.

Qualifications
Required:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting for roles within the fintech industry.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Experience working in a remote-first environment.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities at Tradeify
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process for a variety of roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates through various channels, leveraging your network and expertise in talent acquisition.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- HR Support: Assist the People team with onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and handling administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR processes.
Selection Process
Interested candidates will first submit their resume and cover letter through Tradeify's online portal. A member of the recruitment team will review applications and conduct initial phone screenings to assess basic qualifications and cultural fit. Candidates who successfully navigate this stage will be invited for a video interview with the hiring manager. This interview will delve deeper into the candidate's experience, skills, and how they align with the specific requirements of the Talent Acquisition Specialist role.
Finalists will then participate in a video interview with a member of Tradeify's leadership team. This interview will focus on the candidate's strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and overall vision for contributing to Tradeify's growth. Following the final interview, the hiring team will carefully evaluate all candidates and make a decision based on their qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment with Tradeify's values.
