The Role

As a Senior Analyst, GTM Planning & Analytics, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decisions for our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support GTM planning, performance analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of regular GTM performance reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support the development and refinement of quota models, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of GTM performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to gather data, understand business needs, and provide analytical support for GTM planning initiatives.
  • Document and streamline GTM planning and analytics processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role within Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Finance.
  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with experience in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and key sales and marketing metrics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in an analytical role, ideally within Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Finance.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support strategic decision-making.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
  • Data Visualization: Experience with data visualization and business intelligence (BI) tools such as Sigma or Tableau.
  • CRM Familiarity: Understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and key sales and marketing metrics.

Preferred:

  • Experience with quota model development and consolidation.
  • Experience documenting and streamlining analytical processes.

GTM Planning & Analysis Support

  • Collect and analyze data from diverse sources to inform GTM strategy and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive GTM performance reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate in the development and refinement of quota models, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide analytical support for annual GTM planning cycles, including forecasting and scenario analysis.
  • Contribute to the documentation and optimization of GTM planning and analytics processes.
