Your Role

As a Marketing Programs Specialist, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing our marketing programs, with a primary focus on email marketing and automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive lead generation and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, and execute email marketing campaigns in Marketo, ensuring optimal deliverability and engagement.
  • Manage campaign requests, personalize content using segmentation and dynamic content, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Support cross-channel marketing initiatives, including webinars and events, by managing console setup, coordinating speaker meetings, and handling technical aspects.
  • Continuously explore and implement new technologies and strategies to enhance campaign personalization and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS or tech email marketing.
  • Intermediate to expert-level proficiency with Marketo (or equivalent marketing automation platform).
  • Strong understanding of email best practices, including segmentation, personalization, compliance, and deliverability.
  • Experience with Salesforce campaign setup, integration, and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS or tech company email marketing.
  • Proven expertise in using Marketo (or equivalent marketing automation platform) for campaign creation, execution, and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and deliverability.
  • Experience with Salesforce campaign setup, integration, and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • HTML/CSS skills for email template building and modification.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools for content development, personalization, or workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Marketo and Salesforce reporting.

Email Marketing Execution

  • Develop, test, and execute email marketing campaigns within Marketo, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Manage campaign requests from various stakeholders, translating them into effective email programs.
  • Utilize segmentation and dynamic content to personalize email communications, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Coordinate campaign scheduling and execution across multiple channels, ensuring seamless integration and optimal reach.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance effectiveness.
  • Explore and experiment with emerging technologies and AI tools to streamline workflows and personalize the customer experience.

Event & Webinar Support

  • Manage technical aspects of webinars, including console setup and troubleshooting, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for attendees.
  • Coordinate speaker meetings and provide technical support, facilitating seamless webinar delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of virtual and in-person events, contributing to lead generation and brand awareness.

Selection Process
