Client Success Manager - Venus

About Venus

Venus is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to empowering creators. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Success Manager to join our team and play a vital role in the success of our creators.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding process for new creators, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our systems.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with creators through regular communication and check-ins.
  • Act as a liaison between creators and internal teams, facilitating collaboration and communication.
  • Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings with creators to discuss performance, content direction, and updates.
  • Proactively identify and address challenges or concerns, providing timely solutions.
  • Track creator satisfaction and performance metrics, escalating issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to refine client management systems, processes, and project management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, client success, or talent management (experience in the digital content industry is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple clients effectively.
  • Confident in hosting virtual meetings and delivering performance feedback.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven experience: Minimum of 2 years in account management, client success, or talent management. Experience within the digital content industry is a strong asset.
  • Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Presentation & Feedback: Comfortable hosting virtual meetings and delivering performance feedback in a clear and constructive manner.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Proactive problem-solver with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Professionalism & Discretion: Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Preferred:

  • Experience with project management tools and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation trends.

Client Relationship Management

  • Onboard new creators, ensuring a seamless transition into Venus's systems and processes.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with creators through consistent communication and personalized support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.

Performance & Growth Support

  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with creators, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, management, strategy) to develop tailored strategies for creator growth and success.
  • Identify and proactively address potential challenges or roadblocks faced by creators, offering solutions and support.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for creators, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Analyze creator data to understand trends, identify opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports on creator performance and satisfaction, highlighting successes and areas requiring attention.

Selection Process

Venus begins the hiring process by reviewing applications for the Client Success Manager position. Candidates whose experience and skills align with the requirements are invited for a phone interview. This initial conversation allows Venus to assess communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit. Shortlisted candidates then participate in a video interview with the CEO and Operations Manager, delving deeper into their experience, client management style, and understanding of the digital content industry.

The final stage involves a practical assessment, where candidates demonstrate their skills through a simulated client interaction or project management scenario. Based on the performance in all stages, Venus makes a hiring decision, extending an offer to the most suitable candidate.
