Your Role
As our VIP Sales & Support Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our high-value clients. You will build strong, trust-based relationships, providing personalized sales and support services to ensure their satisfaction and maximize their engagement with GoMining products and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to acquire and retain VIP clients.
- Provide premium customer support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Analyze client behavior and identify opportunities to enhance engagement and increase lifetime value.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to improve the overall client experience.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales and customer service, ideally within the crypto, fintech, or IT sectors.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals with VIP clients and building strong, lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level written and spoken).
- Solid understanding of cryptocurrencies, DeFi, NFTs, and mining (or a strong willingness to learn).
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and analytical tools.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven track record: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and customer service, ideally within the crypto, fintech, or IT industries.
- Client-centric approach: Demonstrated ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with VIP clients and provide exceptional support.
- Sales acumen: Strong negotiation skills and a proven history of closing deals with high-value clients.
- Technical understanding: Solid understanding of cryptocurrencies, DeFi, NFTs, and mining (or a strong willingness to learn quickly).
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze client behavior and identify opportunities for increased engagement and lifetime value.
- Communication proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English (B2 level).
- Tech-savvy: Experience working with CRM systems and analytical tools.

Support & Optimization
- Provide premium technical and operational support to VIP clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, development) to enhance the client experience and address feedback.
- Analyze client behavior and engagement patterns to identify opportunities for personalized support and product recommendations.
Selection Process
