About the Role

You will leverage your expertise to provide comprehensive career support, including job search assistance, resume and cover letter review, statement of purpose (SOP) guidance, LinkedIn profile optimization, and personalized career coaching.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in identifying their career goals and developing tailored action plans.
• Provide expert advice on resume and cover letter writing, ensuring they effectively showcase skills and experience.
• Offer guidance on crafting compelling SOPs for academic and professional pursuits.
• Optimize LinkedIn profiles to enhance visibility and attract potential employers.
• Deliver personalized career coaching sessions, providing motivation, support, and strategic insights.

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven experience in recruitment, career coaching, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of job market trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing online job platforms and social media for recruitment.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience with CV/resume writing, cover letter crafting, and SOP development.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Screen resumes and applications, identifying qualified individuals who align with job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and participate in interview panels.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
