Content & Social Lead

Aragon

Aragon is a team of 20 building tooling for on-chain organizations and governance. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Content & Social Lead to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Aragon's content strategy across blog, social media, and email platforms.
  • Create engaging and informative content for Aragon's blog and resource library.
  • Grow and manage Aragon's presence on key social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Design and implement multimedia content campaigns and email communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on go-to-market initiatives and campaigns.
  • Support partner launches and assist the product team in documentation development.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing or social media marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in web3 B2B marketing.
  • Strong understanding of decentralized infrastructure, protocols, governance, tokenomics, and DeFi.
  • Proven ability to write technical content and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Native or fluent written English.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in content marketing or social media marketing, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in web3 B2B marketing.
  • Technical Understanding: Demonstrated understanding of decentralized infrastructure, protocols, governance, tokenomics, and DeFi.
  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Tooling Proficiency: Experience working with various communication platforms and third-party marketing tools.
  • Language: Native or fluent written English.

Preferred:

  • Experience in developing and executing multimedia content campaigns.
  • Experience with email marketing strategy and automation.
  • Familiarity with Aragon's products and ecosystem.

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy across Aragon's blog, social media platforms, and email communications.
  • Create engaging and informative content for the Aragon blog and resource library, covering topics related to decentralized organizations, governance, and web3 technologies.
  • Manage and grow Aragon's presence on key social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn), fostering a vibrant community and driving engagement.

Campaign Development & Management

  • Design and execute multimedia content campaigns to promote Aragon's products, services, and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement email communication strategies to nurture leads, engage existing users, and build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to support go-to-market (GTM) strategies and marketing campaigns.

Documentation & Partner Support

  • Assist the product team in developing clear and concise documentation for Aragon's products and services.
  • Provide content support for partner launches, including the creation of marketing materials and collateral.

Selection Process
