Job Description

Membership Support & Content Coordinator

Jtine Co is seeking a dedicated and organized Membership Support & Content Coordinator to join our growing remote team.

About the Role:

As a key member of our support team, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued members, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. You will manage member inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through a dedicated ticket system.
  • Manage member inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve concerns effectively.
  • Oversee WooCommerce subscription management and WordPress memberships.
  • Create and send engaging email campaigns using ActiveCampaign and MailChimp.
  • Develop and update online courses monthly, ensuring content accuracy and quality.
  • Coordinate and execute monthly online events, fostering community engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with membership sites, WooCommerce, learning management systems, and email automation platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing customer support in a digital environment, preferably within a membership-based platform.
  • Proven experience managing WooCommerce subscriptions and WordPress memberships.
  • Hands-on familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and email automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign, MailChimp).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clear, concise, and professional communication.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred:

  • Experience creating and delivering online courses.
  • Experience coordinating online events.
  • Familiarity with e-learning best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Support:

  • Respond to member inquiries via email and ticketing system, providing timely and helpful solutions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to membership access, platform functionality, and course content.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive and seamless member experience.

Content Management:

  • Manage WooCommerce subscriptions and WordPress memberships, ensuring accurate billing and account information.
  • Create and schedule engaging email campaigns using ActiveCampaign and MailChimp to nurture members and promote content.
  • Develop and update online courses monthly, ensuring content is current, relevant, and aligned with member needs.

Community Engagement:

  • Coordinate monthly online events, including webinars, workshops, and community discussions.
  • Foster a sense of community among members by facilitating interactions and encouraging participation.
