The Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Mexico. You will play a crucial role in driving the execution of demand generation operations for North America and global campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day execution of demand generation operations, including campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
- Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot workflows for lead routing, lifecycle stages, and nurture sequences.
- Oversee UTM governance and campaign tracking across all marketing channels (ads, content, events).
- Maintain and quality assure attribution models (position-based and data-driven).
- Track marketing costs and ensure accurate cost vs. pipeline reporting.
- Produce and distribute demand generation snapshots and campaign performance dashboards.
- Communicate weekly Ops updates in Slack, highlighting campaign, workflow, and attribution insights and issues.
- Collaborate with SDRs and account executives on lead capture, tagging, and ROI reporting for events.
- Ensure post-event data quality assurance and integration into the CRM.
- Troubleshoot and optimize landing page integrations, forms, and CRM sync.
- Support the rollout of new tools, integrations, and process documentation.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or demand generation operations within B2B SaaS.
- Expert proficiency in HubSpot (automation, reporting, lead management).
- Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution modeling.
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills.
- Proficiency with Looker Studio, BigQuery, or similar BI tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or demand generation operations within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot, including automation, reporting, and lead management.
- Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution models and experience managing attribution data.
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency with a BI tool such as Looker Studio or BigQuery.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
Preferred:
- Experience with campaign tracking and UTM governance.
- Experience with CRM integration and data quality assurance.
- Familiarity with marketing automation best practices and process documentation.
Demand Generation Execution

Communication and Collaboration
- Publish weekly operational updates in Slack, highlighting campaign, workflow, and attribution insights and challenges.
- Partner with sales development representatives (SDRs) and account executives on lead capture, tagging, and ROI reporting for events.
- Conduct post-event data quality assurance and integrate data into the CRM system.
Technical Operations
- Troubleshoot and optimize landing page integrations, forms, and CRM synchronization.
- Support the implementation of new tools, integrations, and process documentation.
