Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Exchange Operations Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our cryptocurrency exchange platform.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and test the exchange application end-to-end.
• Monitor exchange prices and spreads to ensure alignment with global market prices.
• Manage treasury for the quant wallet and maintain exchange liquidity.
• Prepare and present weekly OKR reports.
• Onboard partners onto the exchange and identify inefficiencies to increase profitability.
• Troubleshoot live-trading issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in crypto operations and process optimization.
• Experience in spot or conversion trading, risk management, and automation tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cryptocurrency operations, preferably within an exchange environment.
• Proven track record of process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Experience with spot or conversion trading, risk management strategies, and automation tools is highly desirable.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with data analysis tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Exchange Application Management: Configure, test, and maintain the functionality of the exchange application, ensuring seamless user experience and operational efficiency.
• Market Monitoring & Liquidity Management: Continuously monitor exchange prices and spreads, comparing them to global market benchmarks. Manage the quant wallet treasury and implement strategies to optimize exchange liquidity.
• Performance Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present comprehensive weekly reports outlining key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational objectives and results (OKRs). Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Partner Onboarding & Optimization: Onboard new partners onto the exchange platform, ensuring a smooth integration process. Identify inefficiencies in existing partner relationships and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
• Issue Resolution & Support: Proactively troubleshoot live-trading issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions and ensure a stable trading environment.
