The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Operations to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our organization, driving operational excellence across finance, compliance, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial forecasting and budget tracking, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Manage relationships with vendors and banking partners, negotiating favorable terms and optimizing operational efficiency.
• Oversee treasury management processes, safeguarding assets and ensuring financial stability.
• Develop and document scalable processes for finance, compliance, and vendor management, promoting standardization and efficiency.
• Identify and implement operational improvements, streamlining workflows and enhancing overall organizational performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, consulting, or crypto operations.
• A strong understanding of crypto markets and a genuine interest in the DeFi ecosystem.
• Proven ability to manage long-term strategic goals while effectively addressing immediate operational needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.
• Self-starter with high ownership and organizational skills, capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, consulting, or operations within the cryptocurrency industry. Experience with DeFi protocols is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and optimizing operational processes.

• Oversee financial forecasting and reporting, providing accurate and timely insights to leadership.
• Manage cash flow and treasury operations, optimizing liquidity and minimizing financial risk.

Operational Excellence

• Establish and maintain efficient processes for finance, compliance, and vendor management.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational integration and support.

Strategic Partnerships

• Build and manage relationships with key vendors and banking partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements that are favorable to Jito Foundation.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in finance and operations.

Jito Foundation seeks a Head of Operations to join their remote-first team. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in finance, consulting, or crypto operations, coupled with a strong understanding of crypto markets and the DeFi ecosystem.
