HelixRecruit is partnering with a leading AI lab to evaluate the visual outputs of cutting-edge AI video generation models. We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to assess the accuracy and consistency of these videos in relation to their given prompts.

What You'll Do:

• Carefully review AI-generated videos for visual accuracy and adherence to prompt instructions.
• Identify and document any visual errors, inconsistencies, or deviations from the intended output.
• Determine if specific prompt elements (e.g., object placement, motion, style) are correctly implemented.

Who You Are:

• Based in the U.S. or Canada.
• Possess 1+ years of experience in video production, editing, quality assurance, or related review work.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Demonstrate exceptional visual attention to detail and pattern recognition skills.
• Have the ability to interpret prompts and assess the fidelity of visual representations.
• Experience with AI tools, media content, or annotation platforms is a plus.
• Communicate effectively and work independently.

Qualifications

Required:

• Location: Must be based in the U.S. or Canada.
• Experience: 1+ year of experience in video production, editing, quality assurance (QA), or related review work.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Skills: Strong attention to visual detail and pattern recognition. Ability to interpret written prompts and assess visual fidelity.

Preferred:

• Experience working with AI tools, media content, or annotation platforms.
• Reliable communication and self-directed work habits.

Video Evaluation

• Analyze AI-generated videos to determine if the visuals accurately represent the provided prompts.
• Identify and document any visual discrepancies or errors within the generated videos.
• Assess the adherence of the video output to specific instructions outlined in the prompts, such as object placement, motion sequences, or stylistic elements.

HelixRecruit begins the hiring process by reviewing applications for the Video Editors position. Candidates who meet the minimum qualifications, including location, experience, and education, are invited to complete a short online assessment. This assessment tests visual attention to detail, pattern recognition, and the ability to interpret prompts.

Successful candidates are then invited for a brief video interview. During the interview, HelixRecruit will delve deeper into the candidate's experience with video editing, quality assurance, and their understanding of AI-generated content.

Finally, selected candidates are offered a short-term contract with the opportunity for follow-on projects.
