We are seeking a passionate and talented Content Producer / Technical Content Engineer / Junior Developer to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in creating clear, engaging, and accessible content about our cutting-edge cryptography products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including support articles, knowledge base entries, and blog posts, explaining complex cryptographic concepts in a user-friendly manner.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, QA, and design teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with product updates.
• Translate technical jargon into understandable language for a diverse audience.
• Design and implement a robust information architecture for easy user navigation and content discovery.
• Partner with engineers to set up demo environments and create interactive content.

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of modern web/mobile stacks (React Native, TypeScript, REST, WebView).
• Proficiency in Markdown and experience with Git-based content workflows.
• Familiarity with encryption protocols such as PGP or OPAQUE.
