Customer Service Representative - Fully Remote
Scale Army Careers is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This fully-remote position offers a flexible schedule (Wednesday through Sunday, 5 AM to 1 PM PST) and the opportunity to contribute to a company committed to delivering exceptional learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous support to customers via email, chat, Zoom, and phone.
- Assist faculty with initiating Zoom courses and guide customers through sign-in processes.
- Respond to phone inquiries and website form submissions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with management to stay informed about service updates, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Fluent English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in utilizing inboxes, navigating Zoom, and working comfortably on a computer.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.

Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
