• Provide prompt and courteous support to customers via email, chat, Zoom, and phone.
• Assist faculty with initiating Zoom courses and guide customers through sign-in processes.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with management to stay informed about service updates, policies, and procedures.

• Fluent English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in utilizing inboxes, navigating Zoom, and working comfortably on a computer.

Qualifications

Education:
