The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented AI Prompt Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and implementing AI-powered workflows that drive impactful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows to optimize business processes.
• Build and maintain a centralized prompt library for AI workflows, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to prompt execution and system integration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline review and feedback processes for AI-driven solutions.
• Monitor prompt and workflow performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and core AI concepts.
• Proven experience in operations or AI-enabled roles, with a focus on building automations.
• Familiarity with workflow tools such as Zapier, APIs, or internal scripting frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Compensation

$72,800 - $100,100 per year

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience in a relevant field may be considered.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in operations or AI-enabled roles, with a focus on building automations.
• Proven experience working with LLMs and understanding core AI concepts.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in workflow tools such as Zapier, APIs, or internal scripting frameworks.
• Familiarity with data analysis and problem-solving techniques.
