- 3+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter, covering both technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong interviewing skills with hands-on experience in various interview techniques.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and performance tracking tools.
- Excellent understanding of talent market dynamics, industry trends, and best practices.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Working proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a significant advantage.
