About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack features for Gauntlet's decentralized application.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of full-stack features for our decentralized application.
- Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure cohesive user experiences.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers.
- Translate product requirements and research findings into technical solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack engineering.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript for full-stack development.
- Proven ability to design and implement user-centric applications.
- Solid experience with backend systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with Python or the ability to be language agnostic.
Compensation & Benefits:
- National pay range: $165,000 - $205,000.
- Additional On Target Earnings potential by level and equity in the company.

Qualifications
Required:
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a demonstrated focus on full-stack engineering.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in TypeScript for both front-end and back-end development.
- Experience designing and implementing user-centric applications.
- Solid understanding of backend systems and API development.
- Familiarity with Python or the ability to quickly adapt to new languages.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Passion for decentralized finance and blockchain technology.
Preferred:
- Experience with decentralized application (dApp) development.
- Familiarity with Ethereum and smart contract development.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
Development & Design
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features for Gauntlet's decentralized application.
- Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure cohesive user experiences.
- Translate product requirements and research findings into functional technical solutions.
Technical Leadership & Problem Solving
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
- Diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and code quality.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with product managers, researchers, and designers to align on project goals and timelines.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
