About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack features for Gauntlet's decentralized application.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of full-stack features for our decentralized application.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure cohesive user experiences.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers.
• Translate product requirements and research findings into technical solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve complex software issues.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack engineering.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript for full-stack development.
• Proven ability to design and implement user-centric applications.
• Solid experience with backend systems and APIs.
• Familiarity with Python or the ability to be language agnostic.

Compensation & Benefits:

• National pay range: $165,000 - $205,000.

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a demonstrated focus on full-stack engineering.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in TypeScript for both front-end and back-end development.
  • Experience designing and implementing user-centric applications.
  • Solid understanding of backend systems and API development.
  • Familiarity with Python or the ability to quickly adapt to new languages.
• Soft Skills:

Preferred:

• Experience with decentralized application (dApp) development.

Development & Design

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features for Gauntlet's decentralized application.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure cohesive user experiences.
• Translate product requirements and research findings into functional technical solutions.

Technical Leadership & Problem Solving

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
• Diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and code quality.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with product managers, researchers, and designers to align on project goals and timelines.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
