About the Role:

As Global Operations Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing systems to streamline our global operations, from order intake to delivery. This includes overseeing inventory and warehousing, managing order flow, coordinating logistics and fulfillment, and creating insightful dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement efficient operational processes across all global locations.
• Manage inventory levels, stock planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Oversee order fulfillment from Shopify to factories and warehouses to customers.
• Coordinate logistics and shipping, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on stock levels, production status, and delivery timelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fashion operations management, ideally within bridal, luxury, or apparel.
• Strong background in implementing inventory or ERP systems, with fashion ERP experience a plus.
• Hands-on understanding of production cycles (made-to-order and stock).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel/Google Sheets and Shopify integrations.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion operations management, ideally within bridal, luxury, or apparel.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing inventory or ERP systems. Experience with fashion-specific ERP systems is a strong asset.
• In-depth understanding of production cycles, including both made-to-order and stock processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in utilizing tools such as Excel/Google Sheets and Shopify integrations for data analysis and reporting.

Preferred:

• Experience managing global operations across multiple warehouses and countries.
• Knowledge of international shipping and logistics regulations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Operations Management

• Develop and execute strategies to optimize global operations, encompassing all stages from order processing to customer delivery.
• Oversee inventory management across UK and US warehouses, including stock forecasting, real-time tracking, and comprehensive reporting.
• Manage the seamless flow of orders from Shopify platforms to factories, warehouses, and ultimately to customers.
• Coordinate logistics and fulfillment processes, ensuring efficient shipping and timely delivery.
• Generate insightful dashboards and reports to monitor stock levels, production progress, and delivery timelines.
