About the Role:

Clipbook is seeking a highly motivated Intelligence & Research Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will conduct in-depth research and analysis of media and stakeholder intelligence within the defense and public affairs landscape. You will be responsible for producing high-quality daily reports and intelligence briefs, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of media and stakeholder activity relevant to defense and public affairs.
  • Draft and deliver clear, concise, and insightful daily reports and intelligence briefs.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client feedback, refining reporting strategies to meet their specific needs.
  • Contribute to process and workflow development to enhance reporting efficiency and impact.
  • Lead high-priority assignments requiring meticulous security-driven research.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Intelligence Studies, Public Affairs, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in research, intelligence, media analysis, or stakeholder reporting, ideally within a defense or high-security environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with public affairs, government, or advocacy communications ecosystems.
  • Experience with media intelligence, open-source intelligence (OSINT), or PR analytics.
  • Proficiency with media monitoring tools, dashboards, and stakeholder tracking platforms.

Experience:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client feedback, understanding their needs, and refining reporting strategies to meet their objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and workflows to enhance reporting efficiency and maximize client impact.
  • Security-Focused Research: Conduct security-sensitive research and lead high-priority assignments requiring discretion and meticulous attention to detail.
