Your Role:

As a DeFi Analyst and Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of decentralized finance. You will lead engaging live sessions, teaching DeFi concepts to a diverse student body of 400+ individuals every six months.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 10+ hour-long live DeFi educational sessions per week.
• Provide ongoing support and track the progress of approximately 400 students every six months.
• Create insightful research reports, articles, and video content on DeFi and crypto projects.
• Perform in-depth technical and on-chain analysis to evaluate investments and identify trading opportunities.
• Actively engage with the community and share your knowledge through social media platforms.

• Proven experience leading educational initiatives and thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Strong presence within the DeFi community and active social media engagement.
• Comprehensive understanding of the crypto/blockchain space and DeFi protocols.

Qualifications

Decentralized Masters is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable DeFi Analyst and Educator to join our growing team.

Required:

• Proven experience: Minimum 2 years of experience leading educational initiatives, preferably in the cryptocurrency or blockchain space.
• DeFi Expertise: Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, concepts, and trends.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with blockchain technology, smart contracts, and on-chain analysis tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Community Engagement: Active presence and engagement within the DeFi community, including social media platforms.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, computer science, economics) preferred.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in content creation (articles, videos, research reports).
• Trading experience and knowledge of technical analysis.
• Experience with DeFi project audits and security assessments.

DeFi Analyst and Educator Responsibilities

• Instructional Leadership: Conduct 10+ hour-long live sessions weekly, delivering engaging DeFi education to students.
• Student Success: Provide ongoing support and monitor the progress of approximately 400 students over a 6-month period.
• Content Creation: Develop research reports, articles, and video content exploring DeFi and crypto projects.
• Investment Analysis: Conduct technical, on-chain, and trading analysis to evaluate investment opportunities and identify potential trading strategies.
• Community Engagement: Share insights and expertise with the DeFi community through active participation in online forums and social media.
