Your Role

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle for Cority's EHSQ software suite. You will cultivate relationships with prospective clients, identify opportunities, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Create demand and effectively market Cority's EHSQ solutions.
  • Manage RFI, RFP, and proposal processes.
  • Provide accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecasts.
  • Develop territory strategies and strategic account plans.
  • Represent Cority at industry conferences and events.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven success in enterprise solution sales, with a strong track record of closing SaaS agreements.
  • Deep understanding of strategic selling techniques and methodologies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management and pipeline management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven Sales Track Record: Minimum 5 years of experience selling enterprise software solutions, with a demonstrable history of successfully closing SaaS agreements.
  • Strategic Selling Expertise: A deep understanding of strategic selling techniques and the ability to develop and execute territory strategies and strategic account plans.
  • Communication & Presentation Prowess: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Pipeline Management: Strong time management and pipeline management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

Preferred:

  • Experience within the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) software industry.
  • Existing network of contacts within the target market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

Sales Activities

  • Lead the sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate demand for Cority's EHSQ software suite.
  • Manage the Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and proposal processes.

Performance & Strategy

  • Provide accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecasts to management.
  • Develop and implement territory strategies and strategic account plans to maximize sales potential.
  • Actively participate in industry conferences and events to network and promote Cority's offerings.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with strategic partners to expand market reach.

Selection Process

Candidates interested in the Account Executive position at Cority will first submit their resume and cover letter through the online portal.
