The Role

As a Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Coins.ph's future growth. You will conduct in-depth market analysis across crypto, Web3, payments, and fintech sectors, identifying new opportunities and driving strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive strategic plans and go-to-market strategies for new products, partnerships, and markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategies and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Track key business metrics, analyze performance, and develop compelling business cases for new ventures.
• Present strategic insights and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in business development, strategy, management consulting, venture capital, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in fintech, crypto, or digital payments is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with proficiency in financial modeling and market research.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, strategy, management consulting, venture capital, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in the fintech, crypto, or digital payments industry is highly desirable.

Execution & Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure successful implementation of strategic plans.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze market trends to inform strategic adjustments and optimize business performance.
• Present strategic insights and recommendations to leadership, effectively communicating complex information and driving data-driven decision making.
