Benture, a leading AI lab, is seeking talented Creative Writers and Evaluation Tutors to join our team on a remote, hourly contract basis. We're looking for individuals passionate about language and eager to contribute to the development of AI that writes, speaks, and presents with clarity, creativity, and impact.

What You'll Do:

• Review AI-generated responses across three key domains: Creative Writing, Companionship, and Presentation.
• Select the strongest responses based on established rubrics, evaluating clarity, tone, accuracy, and usefulness.
• Provide concise, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Contribute to ongoing data/evaluation campaigns, ensuring quality and consistency at scale.
• Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team, meeting deadlines reliably.

Specialization Areas:

• Creative Writing: Apply your expertise in fiction, poetry, screenwriting, or narrative craft to evaluate and improve short-form creative content.
• Companionship: Assess AI's ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence and empathy, evaluating tone, concision, and conversational naturalness.
• Presentation: Ensure AI-generated content is structured, clear, and polished for professional, persuasive, or educational purposes.

Contract Details:

• Familiarity with AI-generated text and its potential strengths and weaknesses.
