Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our growing team in the Philippines. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the financial planning and analysis activities for incoming M&A firms, providing critical insights to Practice Group Leadership, and driving process improvements within the FP&A function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for incoming M&A firms.
- Update financial insights and reports for Practice Group Leadership.
- Maintain working models to forecast revenue and personnel staffing needs.
- Drive process improvements and enhance efficiency in the FP&A function.
- Assist in reviewing and testing the accuracy of financial dashboards.
- Complete ad-hoc projects and provide meaningful analyses to senior management and departmental leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of financial planning and analysis experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI and Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize competing demands.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective collaboration.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently are highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and personnel staffing needs for incoming M&A firms.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for M&A integration.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate insightful financial reports and presentations for Practice Group Leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the efficiency of FP&A processes and implement solutions.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Review and test the accuracy of financial dashboards, leveraging data visualization tools to communicate financial information effectively.
- Ad-hoc Support: Complete ad-hoc projects and provide data-driven analyses to support senior management and departmental leads.
Selection Process
