The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives and driving go-to-market strategies for our innovative products across web3 and AI.

Responsibilities:

• Develop clear product positioning and messaging for a technical audience.
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market launches, from narrative development to execution.
• Create engaging content (decks, blogs, explainers) to educate and inspire.
• Collaborate with founders, engineers, and researchers to translate complex technical work into accessible stories.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in product marketing within a similar EVM-focused Web3 company.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the EVM.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear narratives.
• Proven experience driving technical product launches and full-funnel GTM campaigns.
• Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

Required:

• 2+ years of experience in product marketing, specifically within an EVM-focused Web3 company.
• Demonstrated understanding of blockchain technology and the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of driving successful technical product launches and end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) campaigns.
• Strong collaborative skills and experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Experience in the AI space and understanding of its intersection with blockchain technology.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
• Experience building and managing a product marketing budget.

Product Marketing Manager Responsibilities at Sei Labs

• Develop and Refine Product Messaging: Craft clear, concise, and compelling positioning and messaging for Sei Labs' products, effectively communicating their value proposition across both web3 and AI audiences.
• Lead Go-to-Market Strategies: Own the execution of product launches, from initial narrative development and target audience identification to campaign implementation and performance analysis.
• Create Engaging Content: Produce high-quality content, including presentations, blog posts, white papers, and explainer videos, to educate and inspire potential users and partners about Sei Labs' products and the Sei Blockchain.
• Bridge the Technical Gap: Collaborate closely with engineers, researchers, and founders to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable narratives for marketing materials and communication.
• Analyze the Competitive Landscape: Conduct thorough competitive and market analysis to inform product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Sei Labs is seeking a passionate Product Marketing Manager to join their growing team.

Interested candidates will first submit their resume and cover letter through the job portal. Sei Labs will then review applications and select candidates for a phone screening. Shortlisted candidates will participate in a technical interview to assess their understanding of blockchain technology and the EVM.
