The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced Principal Engineer to lead the technical vision and execution for our Performance Affiliate Network platform. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions that drive growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural decisions and own the system-level technical strategy for our Performance Affiliate Network platform.
• Design and develop full-stack features using TypeScript and Python, leveraging frameworks like NestJS, React, and FastAPI.
• Implement microservices and event-driven orchestration patterns to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Architect and deploy AI agent systems using frameworks like LangChain, integrating vector stores and RAG workflows.
• Champion observability, CI/CD health, and secure cloud infrastructure practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack experience building and scaling production-grade web platforms.
• Expertise in TypeScript (Node.js, NestJS, React) and proficiency in Python (FastAPI).
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks, vector stores, and RAG workflows.
• Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills across the full stack.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience building and scaling production-grade web platforms.
• Proven expertise in TypeScript (Node.js, NestJS, React) and proficiency in Python (FastAPI).
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain), vector stores, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven orchestration patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills across the full stack.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with performance marketing and affiliate networks.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Contributions to open-source projects.

Technical Leadership

• Guide the technical direction and architecture of Find's Performance Affiliate Network platform.
• Champion best practices for software development, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Software Development

• Design, develop, and implement full-stack features using TypeScript and Python.
• Build and maintain microservices, leveraging event-driven architectures for scalability and resilience.
• Integrate and deploy AI agent systems utilizing frameworks like LangChain.

Infrastructure & Operations

• Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of cloud infrastructure.
• Implement robust CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery and deployment.
• Monitor system health, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance optimizations.
