Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading client relationships, developing strategic plans, and driving growth across the customer lifecycle. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client relationships, building strong rapport with C-Suite executives.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions and onboarding processes to understand client needs and goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's unique business objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and HubSpot's competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in digital strategy, preferably within the HubSpot ecosystem.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation:
- Annual Salary between $70,000-$90,000 (DOE).

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience in developing and executing digital strategies is essential.
Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated proficiency with HubSpot and a comprehensive understanding of the HubSpot ecosystem are mandatory.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with C-Suite executives.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to effectively lead and direct a team, providing constructive feedback.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and advocate within SmartBug Media.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's unique business objectives and target audience.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Oversee the implementation and ongoing optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Performance Reporting & Analysis: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insightful reports to demonstrate ROI and inform strategic adjustments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., content creation, design, development) to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the digital marketing landscape.
